• Chat widget position on your site — Choosing a top-left, top-right or bottom-left position for the marketing chat widget now actually moves it, and the margins you set are applied instead of ignored.

• Accented characters in email subjects — Subjects, recipient names and attachment filenames containing accented or non-English characters now arrive intact, instead of turning into garbled text for the person receiving the email.

• Date and time format — An admin can now choose how dates and times are written across the app — for example 31/12/2026 instead of Dec 31, 2026, and a 24-hour clock instead of 2:30 PM — on the Account settings page, and anyone can pick something different just for themselves from their own profile.

• Consistent dates everywhere — A few places used to show dates in whatever style your browser's language settings preferred, so two people looking at the same record could see it written differently; every date now follows the format your organisation chose.

• Duplicate email notifications — The notification bell now shows one row per email thread instead of a separate row for every message in it.

• See what's in an update before you refresh — When a new version is ready, the banner at the top of the page now explains what it contains — hover the information icon for the list of new features, improvements and fixes.

• The update notice can be closed — If you would rather finish what you are doing than reload, close the banner with the × on the right. It returns when the next update ships.

• Private downloads — Private file downloads and knowledge base search analytics are scoped to their own workspace.
