Record pages no longer generate an AI recap just because you opened them

Improved Recaps on deal, person and lead pages — These pages no longer spend an AI call the moment you open a record; you generate the recap when you want it, and any recap saved before this update needs generating once more.
Fixed AI errors on record pages — A temporary AI outage no longer shows up as an error banner on a deal, person or lead page you only opened to read.

Pipelines move to their own address, plus a sweep of blank-page fixes

Improved Pipelines have their own address — The deals area now lives at /pipelines, and a record's address names the pipeline it belongs to; existing links, bookmarks and saved views pointing at the old addresses keep working.
Fixed Blank report pages — The company, feature expert and sales reports no longer go blank the moment their AI summary finishes loading.
Fixed Blank admin and settings pages — Team, user, permission, custom field and integration setup pages no longer blank out on a cold load or while your access is still being checked.

Record pages open again on renamed pipelines

Fixed Blank record page on a renamed pipeline — A pipeline that uses its own name for its records — Change Orders, Jobs — now opens those records normally; their pages could come up blank.

Pipelines use your own record name, faster page loads, and a batch of fixes

Improved Pipelines use your own record name — A pipeline that tracks something other than deals now says so everywhere — on the board, the table header, the create button, the record page and the value field — instead of calling every record a "Deal".
Improved Faster, steadier page loads — Moving between pages no longer flashes the main panel to full height, and every page now skips background work it never used, including pulling your full company list on each load.
Fixed Clearing a deal's Value — Emptying a deal's Value now saves; it previously reported success and left the old amount in place.
Fixed Pages that could freeze shortly after opening — The coupons, pipeline, feedback and ticket report pages no longer get caught in a render loop that could lock the page up moments after it loaded.
Fixed Live updates going quiet — Real-time updates no longer stop arriving in one part of a page when another panel listening to the same feed closes.

QR codes for forms, custom person statuses, and a readable activity history

New QR codes for web forms — Every web form now has its own QR code you can preview, download as a PNG or SVG, or hot-link, with an optional override so a scan can open one of your own pages instead of the form, and a tag that makes QR scans show up in the form's traffic sources.
New Customizable person statuses — The statuses on a person are now yours to change — rename, recolour, reorder, add your own and remove ones you don't use — and a person's status is now a coloured chip on their record you can change in one click.
New Deal View — field order and per-field permissions — A new Deal View tab lets you drag the fields on a deal's details panel into the order your team reads them in, and choose which teams can see or edit each one.
New Pipeline column on deal imports — A deal CSV can now carry a Pipeline column, so a single import can file deals into several pipelines instead of needing one run per pipeline.
New Edit a person's role from their card — You can now change someone's role directly from their card on a deal or a company, without opening their record.
New Order the articles inside a knowledge base category — Managing categories now opens a side panel where you can expand a category and drag its articles into the order readers see them in, and nothing changes until you publish.
Improved Readable activity history — A record's history now names the field that changed and shows the old and new values the way they read on the record — dates, owners, stages, statuses and amounts instead of raw ids — and edits to a lead are recorded at all, where its timeline used to stay empty.
Improved The deal import wizard says what is blocking it — The importer now explains why Preview Import is unavailable and what each of your columns matched, instead of leaving the button disabled with nothing on screen saying why.
Improved Tidier Users page — The Users page no longer shows its title twice, and the invite buttons now sit on the title row.
Fixed Clearing a deal's expected close date — Emptying a deal's expected close date now saves; it previously reported success and left the old date in place.
Fixed Phantom close-date entries in a deal's history — A deal's history no longer records an expected close date change on every save when the date did not actually change.

Product updates in the right order, with a link to the full changelog

New A link to your full changelog — The product update card in the support widget now links to your public changelog, opening it in a new tab — on your own domain if you have one set.
Fixed Product updates listed out of order — When several updates were published on the same day, the support widget and the changelog page could list them in different orders; both now show the order they were published in.
Fixed A second update on the same day went unnoticed — The product update card now shows its "New" marker again when another update is published later the same day.

Merging a conversation keeps its assignees

Fixed Assignees lost when conversations are merged — Merging one conversation into another now brings its assigned agents along, instead of leaving the merged thread with nobody assigned.

Help desk search shows the whole picture

Improved Moving a contact between companies — Changing or clearing a contact's company now brings their existing conversations with them, so a company's conversation list and reports keep matching who the contact actually works for.
Fixed Company names in search results — Searching the help desk now shows each conversation's company, instead of reading "No company" for someone whose company was visible everywhere else.
Fixed Photos and assignees in search results — A conversation found by search now shows the visitor's photo and everyone assigned to it, the same as it does in the main list.
Fixed Filtering conversations by company — The company filter now includes closed conversations, which it previously left out entirely.
Fixed Spam in search results — Search results now leave out conversations you have marked as spam.
Fixed Help right after a page load — Clicking help in the top navigation now opens the support chat even in the first moments after a page loads, where before it would sometimes do nothing at all.
Fixed When support chat can't be reached — If the support chat genuinely can't be opened, the help button now tells you so instead of silently ignoring the click.

Descriptions for pipeline stages

New Stage descriptions — A pipeline stage can now carry a description explaining what it means, which appears under the stage title on the board and in your pipeline settings — so the stage name can stay short.
Fixed Editing a stage from the board — Changing a stage's name or colour from the board's Stage Settings now updates the column straight away instead of waiting for the page to reload.

Merged-in messages keep the right name

Fixed Who a merged-in message came from — When you merge in a conversation from another customer without giving them access to the thread, their messages now stay credited to them instead of appearing to your customer as their own words.
