Sherlock is a new AI-powered investigation tool for your helpdesk. It connects to your GitHub repos, Linear projects, databases, and OpenAPI specs to automatically investigate customer questions. Sherlock provides verdicts with evidence so your support team can answer technical questions faster.
People, companies, and leads list pages now support sortable columns with persistent sort preferences. Click any column header to sort, and your preference is remembered across sessions.
Company enrichment now extracts additional fields from Apollo and shows provider attribution on activity timelines. The enrichment card automatically hides after a successful enrichment.
You can now configure preset questions that appear when visitors open the chat widget. Visitors can tap a question to get an instant AI-generated answer, reducing wait times and helping customers find answers faster.
Email sequences can now send through your connected Gmail account with a built-in 400/day sending limit. Choose which Gmail account to send from directly in the sequence settings.
A new Project Report page shows KPI cards, progress charts, a company table, and an AI-generated recap of your project portfolio — including assign-to-all projects.
When multiple people are editing the same project, you'll now see their avatars at the top of the page so you know who else is working on it.
The sequence email workflow now includes helpful guidance for verifying your sending domain, making it easier to get your emails delivered.
