QR codes for forms, custom person statuses, and a readable activity history
New
QR codes for web forms — Every web form now has its own QR code you can preview, download as a PNG or SVG, or hot-link, with an optional override so a scan can open one of your own pages instead of the form, and a tag that makes QR scans show up in the form's traffic sources.
New
Customizable person statuses — The statuses on a person are now yours to change — rename, recolour, reorder, add your own and remove ones you don't use — and a person's status is now a coloured chip on their record you can change in one click.
New
Deal View — field order and per-field permissions — A new Deal View tab lets you drag the fields on a deal's details panel into the order your team reads them in, and choose which teams can see or edit each one.
New
Pipeline column on deal imports — A deal CSV can now carry a Pipeline column, so a single import can file deals into several pipelines instead of needing one run per pipeline.
New
Edit a person's role from their card — You can now change someone's role directly from their card on a deal or a company, without opening their record.
New
Order the articles inside a knowledge base category — Managing categories now opens a side panel where you can expand a category and drag its articles into the order readers see them in, and nothing changes until you publish.
Improved
Readable activity history — A record's history now names the field that changed and shows the old and new values the way they read on the record — dates, owners, stages, statuses and amounts instead of raw ids — and edits to a lead are recorded at all, where its timeline used to stay empty.
Improved
The deal import wizard says what is blocking it — The importer now explains why Preview Import is unavailable and what each of your columns matched, instead of leaving the button disabled with nothing on screen saying why.
Improved
Tidier Users page — The Users page no longer shows its title twice, and the invite buttons now sit on the title row.
Fixed
Clearing a deal's expected close date — Emptying a deal's expected close date now saves; it previously reported success and left the old date in place.
Fixed
Phantom close-date entries in a deal's history — A deal's history no longer records an expected close date change on every save when the date did not actually change.
