A roundup of this week's improvements across CRM lists, tickets, the support portal, email, and integrations.

New Email inbox on records — Connect Gmail or Outlook to read and send email to a contact directly from their Person or Company record, with one-click access from email notifications.
New Notification preferences — Choose how you're notified about ticket activity: real-time, a daily digest, in-app, or email — from a new preferences page.
New Bulk ticket actions — Select multiple tickets to archive them or bulk-edit owner, status, priority, and tags at once.
New Status-page notifications — Incidents and service-status changes now post to a Slack channel automatically and email your opted-in status subscribers.
New Visitor page context in the helpdesk — Each message now shows which page the visitor was on when they sent it.
New Granola notes on deals — Import your Granola meeting notes directly onto a deal.
Improved Rebuilt list views — Companies, Tickets, and People lists now have pinned columns, drag-to-reorder, click-to-sort, inline editing, a filter builder, and server-side pagination and search that stays fast on large datasets.
Improved Live ticket updates — The tickets list updates in real time as statuses change, and stale saved filters reconcile automatically.
Improved Consolidated Email Settings — Domains, templates, help-desk behavior, and signatures now live together on one tabbed Email Settings page.
Improved Better campaign deliverability — Broadcasts and sequences now send from a dedicated subdomain to protect your primary domain's sending reputation.
Improved More private ticket emails — Support-portal notifications now go only to the directly-associated contact instead of everyone at the company, plus a confirmation when a ticket is created.
Fixed Scheduler availability — Fixed a calendar-permission issue that could show every time slot as free; connected Google calendars now correctly reflect busy times.
Fixed Deal-stage automations — Stage-change automations now fire from every path a deal can move through, and stage-based conditions match correctly.
Security Support-portal access — Signing in to the support portal now requires an existing ticket and no longer reveals whether an email has an account.

Sherlock is a new AI-powered investigation tool for your helpdesk. It connects to your GitHub repos, Linear projects, databases, and OpenAPI specs to automatically investigate customer questions. Sherlock provides verdicts with evidence so your support team can answer technical questions faster.

Company enrichment now extracts additional fields from Apollo and shows provider attribution on activity timelines. The enrichment card automatically hides after a successful enrichment.

You can now configure preset questions that appear when visitors open the chat widget. Visitors can tap a question to get an instant AI-generated answer, reducing wait times and helping customers find answers faster.
