A better leads workspace, and team mode in the project portal
New
Team mode in the project portal — Teammates signed in to the app can open a project's portal and complete or edit its steps without a PIN, with their changes recorded under their name.
New
Lead View settings — The lead record now shows one ordered list of fields, and admins can choose the order and which teams see each field under Custom fields → Leads → Lead View.
New
Choose the pipeline when converting a lead — Workspaces with more than one pipeline can pick which pipeline a converted lead's deal goes into.
Improved
Creating a lead — New lead now opens in a side sheet with you preselected as the owner, and asks before throwing away details you've typed.
Improved
Lead filters — The leads Status filter lists your workspace's own lead statuses, and custom fields with options are always available as filters.
Improved
No duplicate deals from automations — When a person already has an open deal in the pipeline, automations now reuse it instead of creating another, and a form submitted twice in a row counts once.
Improved
Locked project steps are labelled — Project portal steps your team has locked now show a Read only or Complete only label.
Improved
Recently completed tasks first — The Completed tab in the header Tasks panel now lists the task you finished most recently at the top.
Improved
Clearer activity cards — Synced emails and help desk conversations on company and person timelines now say where they came from instead of "System".
Fixed
Deleting lead custom fields — A lead custom field that already holds values can now be deleted.
Fixed
Header count badges — Count badges in the header are no longer partly hidden behind the neighbouring icon.
Fixed
Meeting-notes sync status — Granola and Fireflies connections clear their error as soon as a sync succeeds, and Granola tells you when your key can't see any notes.
Fixed
Billing email — Your Stripe billing contact now uses the workspace owner's email address and follows it when ownership changes.
