Changelog

New

• Save and reorder favorite views — Save a configured list as a favorite, order your favorites yourself, and reach them from a popover in the shell — now covering deals, leads and knowledge base documents.

Fixed

• Clipped connect dialog — The integration connect dialog scrolls when its content is tall, instead of cutting it off.

New

• Restricted API keys — Connect Stripe with a restricted (rk_) key, and see which capabilities that key actually grants.

Fixed

• Unverified sending domains — An automation email now falls back to a verified ellocharlie domain instead of failing when your own domain is not verified yet.

New

• Smart tags in automation emails — Write the body of an automation's email with smart-tag pills that fill in record and form values as it sends.

Fixed

• Reaction reply credit — Crediting an emoji reaction as a reply is now scoped to the conversation, so it can no longer apply to the wrong one.

New

• Ingest activity log — A Logs tab showing every inbound submission from your own forms, with the referring domain in the Source column.

Improved

• Emoji replies — An emoji-only reply from a customer no longer marks a conversation as awaiting your reply, and reacting to a customer's message counts as answering it.

New

• Post your own forms to ellocharlie — Send submissions from a form on your own site straight into ellocharlie, with its own ingest secret and first/last name mapping.

New

• Ticket types — Every ticket belongs to a type that owns its own statuses, priorities, severities and custom fields.
• Redesigned ticket page — The ticket detail page was rebuilt around a facts strip, a single unified activity feed and live presence.
