Changelog

Fixed

• Shortcut card width — Home shortcut cards use the full width, and the "Powered by" line links out properly.

Improved

• Shortcut cards — The widget's home shortcut cards match the new design.

New

• "Sidekick" support widget — The support chat widget was redesigned dark-first, with live service status inside it and a link to your status page that appears and disappears as you toggle it.

Improved

• Ticket types in the report — The Tickets Report breaks down by ticket type and aggregates each type's own custom fields.

New

• Tickets Report — A full ticket analytics report at Insights → Tickets: volume, resolution times, trends and breakdowns by company, status and severity.

Improved

• Three-line completion chart — Completion Activity is now a three-line chart, so you can compare the trends rather than read one series.

New

• CSV export — Export the projects report to CSV.

Fixed

• Which companies appear — The projects report covers companies that actually have projects, rather than everyone marked as a customer.

Fixed

• Emails that restyle themselves — An email carrying its own dark-mode styling no longer turns unreadable in the reader.

Fixed

• Dark-mode email rendering — Emails render on a light background so messages written for light mode stay readable.
